You are beginning to lose patience with this trail and give serious consideration to torching the entire forest, once you've got out of it naturally. With thoughts of fire on your mind you are surprised to see a trace of smoke spiralling upwards. A camp-fire perhaps? You quicken your pace and discover a log-cabin sitting incongruously in a clearing by the side of the path. You step up to the cabin and peer in through an uncurtained window. The interior is illuminated by several candles and a large fire blazing on a stone hearth. Someone is seated in a chair facing the fire, looking away from you.

If you wish to enter the cabin turn to 147. Otherwise you must press on through the forest by turning to 294.
